Tuesday: Thai Lemon Beef
Wednesday: Baked Fettuccine Lasagna (with either no meat or diced chicken instead of the beef)
Thursday: Chipotle Beef & Noodles
Friday: baked chicken wings & potato wedges
Saturday: Breakfast- biscuits & gravy, eggs;
Dinner- Hickory Tuna Quesadillas (recipe on back of hickory flavor Starkist Tuna Creations)
Sunday: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

Tonight, I have a Southern Living at HOME team Christmas Party! We’re doing a cookie exchange; I’m supposed to make my favorite cookies and bring the recipe to share. I’m thinking about making Palmiers– we’ve only made these once (and not using frozen puff pastry but making it from scratch) and it wasn’t easy, but they are SO good. It’s been about 7 years since I made them, hopefully, we can make them just as good this time! The recipe using homemade puff pastry is SOOOOO much better but here’s the easy version using frozen pastry. I’m sure it is good too!
