So last week my menu plan, along with dinner, pretty much went out the window! The whole week was kinda sporadic with the holidays and other happenings but now that we are getting back to our normal schedules, I hope to get back to our menu too.
Monday: Parmesan Round Steak Change of plans! We had popcorn shrimp salads instead (and I rather enjoyed it!) The steaks were going to take way too long, I will move them to Friday and plan ahead better!
Tuesday: Tuna Quesadillas with Hickory Smoked Tuna Creations
Wednesday: Cheesy Chicken Simmer
Thursday: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
Friday: Parmesan Round Steak
Saturday: Date night!…dinner and a movie out!
Sunday: Crispy Beef Shanks (I found these marked down a couple weeks ago and had never made them before. I found a recipe that sounded good…we loved it! This time instead of boiling the meat, I will try slowcooking it to see if will be more tender).
