OK this is the first time I’ve put pics in with my shopping trip summaries…kinda weird taking pictures of my groceries! haha I got some pretty great deals while I was out. I went to Walmart, Target, and Kroger…oh and petco!
In summary — I spent a total of $49.29 for 95 items and got back a $5 giftcard for Target!
My store differed on some prices and didn’t have everything listed so I will note the prices in my store. I’m in Texas…DFW.

WALMART Total: $17.81

Great find! YMMV but I found boxes of 10ct Cheerios Snack Mix bags in the Halloween merchandise marked 75% off. They were $1.24 and I used my $.50 coupons (these state any size, any kind and went through with no beeps. YAY!) I got 4!

5 Kellogg’s Mini Wheats -3 $1 Mini Wheats coupons here

Splenda $6.04 – $1 coupon from All You Nov 8 = $5.04

KROGER Total =$14.08, Savings $53.93
TX & LA run different ads than the lists I usually see online, although I think both are doing the Mega 10 Event right now. You purchase 10 items that are participating in the sale and you get $5 off your total. Match that with coupons and it is even better! There are MANY items you can get on this deal and MANY different combinations you could do. This is my 2nd trip and used some of my coupons for the deal the first time. I will just list what I did in this transaction. For more ideas you can visit this site here or here for a complete coupon match up but be sure to check your ad to make sure the deals are the same for your store.

Remember, the Mega 10 deal can only be done 3 times in one transaction (if you have more, just split up the transactions). And also remember, if you are using coupons that will double/triple, check your local store’s limit. My store will only do 3 of the same coupon per transaction.

8 Quaker Rice Snacks $.50 each no coupon, we like them and it’s a great deal by itself!
12 Carnation Evaporated Milk $.50 – 4 $1/2 coupons here and 2 $.50/2 (double to $1) coupons from 9/14 or 11/2 inserts = FREE!!!
2 Swiss Miss Cocoa $.50each – 2 $.50 coupon found inside boxes I previously purchased = FREE (doubled giving me overage!) You can also load the shortcuts.com onto your card and get $.50/2 (I did this on my previous trip) to get them for $.25 each
2 Betty Crocker Potatoes $1 -$1/2 from Dinner Made Easy Home Mailer =$.50 each(or you can use $.40/1 coupon here= $.20 if doubled)
2 Nestle Morsels $2 each – 2 $.50 coupon from 11/2 insert (doubled) = $1 each
3 Glade Scented Oil Candles $2 each – B2G1 coupon = $4 for 3
(I got these b/c they were supposed to produce catalinas but they didn’t print…I’ll have to research that one!)
Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk $1.50 – $55/1 from Nov 08 All You = $.95

NON mega 10 items I bought:
2 Mighty Dog cans $0.69- FREE coupon from 11/2 insert = FREE
4 Libby’s Pumpkin $1.25 – 2 $.50/2 (doubled) = $0.75 each
2 coffee-mate $1.99 – 2 $.50 (doubled) = $.99 each
McCormick Gravy Mixes $.79 – $.25/2 (tripled) = $.83 for 2

I also went by Petco to get my free dog food! Sale ends Saturday 11/8, supplies limited! See this deal here!
